Hate to sound rude, but you have simply screwed up your camera. You broke it, plain and simple. No one here can give you a magic answer that is going to all of a sudden fix it. The camera is telling you this with the "lens error" message. I would think there would also be a number telling you what the actual error pertains to, but more than likely the lens is jammed into the retracted position. As a last ditch effort you might try removing all batteries from the camera and seeing if you can gently move the lens back out, but that is very doubtful. I believe you will have to send the camera to Nikon to have it repaired. Sorry, but as they say… s__t happens!
Unfortunately, you have killed your camera. Your warranty does not cover abuse such as dropping it, getting it wet, or sitting on it.
Repairs will cost more than a new camera so enjoy shopping.
